Shooting It Up Chamber Style””
Golf foursomes at our annual golf tournament are popular, but we wanted to add something distinctive to our events schedule this year and foursomes for a sporting clay tournament seemed like a fun and entertaining alternative. Shooting sporting clays is one of the fastest growing participation sports in the United States. Often described as ‘golf with a shotgun’, the sport involves shooting clays launched at different velocities and angles. The original idea behind sporting clays was to create an experience that more closely reflects actual hunting conditions.
We invite you to join the Kershaw County Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center for our first annual clay shooting tournament “Shooting It Up Chamber Style”. This event is for both the novice and most experienced outdoor sportsman and creates a wonderful networking opportunity for all involved. Even if you don’t want to participate in the competition there are sponsorship opportunities available to allow you to market your business to the participants. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place teams and first place team in the junior division and all participants will be eligible to win door prizes.

Time: Check-In & Warm-Up 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Tournament Start 10:15 a.m.
Luncheon/Awards immediately following tournament.
